Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a valid tracking number.
Orders placed before 9:00 AM KST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM KST, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders are processed on Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated Shipping Speeds & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method during checkout:

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or weather conditions.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDU)
All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Published product prices and shipping costs do not include import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority. The recipient is fully responsible for paying any additional charges required to clear customs upon delivery.
Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered accurately at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, or for lost/delayed shipments caused by inaccurate delivery information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Lost Shipment Policy
If a shipment appears to be lost, we will first submit an official investigation request to the carrier. Please note that delays, lack of tracking updates, or customer claims alone do not qualify as confirmed loss. Compensation can only be reviewed after the carrier has completed the investigation and officially confirmed the shipment as lost.
